Flock Together Co. – Hot Desk Terms & Conditions

1. Welcome

These terms form the agreement between Flock Together Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) and anyone (“you”, “your”) booking a hot desk with us. By making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us before booking at [email protected].


2. Booking & Access

2.1 Options

  • Day Pass – $29 (incl. GST): One full day in our co-working space valid for one person only

  • 5-Day Pass – $135 (incl. GST): Five separate days of access to our co-working space valid for one person only. Days must be used within 30 days of purchase.

2.2 Booking in advance
Bookings should be made at least 1 day in advance to secure your spot.

2.3 Hours of access
The space is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, please discuss this with us in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

2.4 Desk use
Hot desk bookings include a shared workspace. Desks are allocated on arrival — no reserved seating.

2.5 Facilities
Access to kitchen facilities, coffee/tea, Wi-Fi, and shared areas is included. Access to the meeting room and other facilities is subject to availability and may be limited.


3. Using the Space

3.1 Respect & noise
Please be considerate of others. Keep noise to a reasonable level, use headphones for music, and take long calls in the conference room (if available) or outside.

3.2 Clean & tidy
Leave your desk and shared areas clean. Return dishes to the kitchen, clean up after eating, and report any spills or maintenance issues.

3.3 Parking
Please park on the street and respect our neighbours. Do not park in spaces belonging to any units in the complex.

3.4 No storage
Hot desk bookings do not include storage. Please take all belongings with you at the end of the day.

3.5 Food & drink
Enjoy your meals in designated areas and be mindful of strong smells in the shared workspace.

3.6 Prohibited activities
No illegal activity, discrimination, harassment, or behaviour that negatively impacts the space or others’ experience.

3.7 Internet use
Internet access is provided for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in activities that are illegal or that could disrupt the network for others.

3.8 Right to Refuse or Terminate Use
We want everyone to enjoy the space. If your behaviour breaches these terms or negatively impacts others, we reserve the right to refuse your booking or ask you to leave.


4. Payment & Cancellations

4.1 Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Cancellations & changes

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking for a full refund, or receive a credit to be used within 30 days.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.

  • For 5-day passes, unused days after the 30-day validity period will expire without refund.


5. Property, Safety & Insurance

5.1 Your belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

5.2 Insurance
We do our best to provide a safe environment, but we’re not responsible for personal property or equipment. If your work involves valuable equipment, you may wish to arrange your own insurance.

5.3 Safety
Use the space safely and respectfully. Report anything unsafe to us immediately.


6. Unexpected closures

If we need to close the space unexpectedly (e.g. for maintenance, safety, or events beyond our control), we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide credit.


7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you via email or in person. Continuing to use the space after changes means you accept the updated terms.
